On Future Day on 23 April 2026, the Technology and Training Campus Cuxhaven (TAC) will open its doors to school pupils who would like to gain an exciting insight into technical training professions.
The Future Day takes place as a group programme - you will be guided through the stations in small teams.
Insights into the basics.
Discover our workshops at MT Holding and find out what training with us looks like.
Our aim is to give you a realistic impression of manual and technical professions - interactive, practice-orientated and varied.
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 30 places.
Allocation is on a first come, first served basis.

Understanding business by doing! 🚀✨
At the TAC, it was all about the Management Information Game (MIG)! Pupils from Cuxhaven swapped everyday school life for the challenges of a realistic business game.
That was on the programme:
✅ Corporate management: from the first objective to the major investor conference.
✅ Expert knowledge: Exciting input on AI workshops, HR management and share prices directly from professionals from the region.
✅ Marketing challenge: Together with @21havn, we went from a „deep dive“ into theory straight into production. The teams created their own reels and showed what modern content looks like today! 🎬💻

Construction site update: The TAC 2.0 is growing! 🏗️
We've been going full throttle since our launch in August 2023. Now we're moving straight into the second location.
👉 1000 square metres more space for modern training.
👉 Just a few steps away from the first campus.
👉 New training room with 16 high-tech workstations.
We are specifically creating the space that our regional economy so urgently needs.

This week, students from the Lichtenberg and Amandus Abendroth grammar schools went full throttle at the TAC. Together with Marvin and Torge from 21Havn, they took a deep dive into marketing.
The goal: understanding marketing through doing.
After the presentation, it was time to switch on the camera for the big reel contest!
The students did their own research, wrote scripts and produced the scenes.
And the results? Absolutely strong! 🤝
