This is Mathias. Our course centre manager here at the TAC.
If you ask Mathias why he is doing all this, he makes it clear: he has no desire to see talented people parked in "waiting loops". He doesn't want a run-of-the-mill training workshop. He wants action.
That's what drives him:
✅ Rethinking training: away from a dusty image and towards VR, AI and 3D printing.
✅ Just do it: Mathias doesn't spend a lot of time discussing problems in the school system - he "digs in" and builds bridges for you.
✅ Team spirit: He trains an U8 football team twice a week. So he knows exactly how to steer a "bunch full of energy" in the right direction. 😉
