The TAC Cuxhaven combines modern technology, plenty of space and hands-on learning. The extensive site features training and common rooms, spacious training areas for forklift trucks as well as well-equipped work areas and VR training simulators.

At the Future Day 2026 at TAC Cuxhaven, 30 technology enthusiasts got straight to work. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., it was all about getting hands-on, trying things out and experiencing technology.
That was on the discovery pass:
✅ Station 1: Real insights into production at LASEREXPRESS GmbH.
✅ Station 2: Electric action! Wire up your own solar cell and get the motor turning.
✅ Station 3: VR welding with our new system from @Seabery.
✅ Station 4: Workshop. Filing, thread cutting, manual material processing.
✅ Station 5: Painting. Surface coating according to drawing.
At the end, each child held their self-built wind turbine in their hands.
Why wind power? Because, as part of MT Holding, this is exactly where we have our roots.
There was also pizza galore, a candy bar and lots of smiling faces. That's exactly what we do it for!

Understanding business by doing! 🚀✨
At the TAC, it was all about the Management Information Game (MIG)! Pupils from Cuxhaven swapped everyday school life for the challenges of a realistic business game.
That was on the programme:
✅ Corporate management: from the first objective to the major investor conference.
✅ Expert knowledge: Exciting input on AI workshops, HR management and share prices directly from professionals from the region.
✅ Marketing challenge: Together with @21havn, we went from a „deep dive“ into theory straight into production. The teams created their own reels and showed what modern content looks like today! 🎬💻

Our welding training courses are based on recognised DVS standards - practical, certified and future-proof.
With the Seabery Spray Painting Simulator, we train painting techniques virtually - realistically, efficiently and in an environmentally friendly way.
The TAC is certified according to AZAV.
This means that we are an accredited educational institution and are authorised to provide people with vocational qualifications in cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency.

The TAC and IAL are jointly developing an AI skills ecosystem for employees, trainees and skilled workers. The aim is to teach artificial intelligence in a practical and understandable way - with a clear focus on industry and the skilled trades. The content is embedded directly in real work processes and takes into account the legal requirements of the EU AI Act.
The IAL assumes the role of scientific partner. It provides basic AIO training (video + SCORM) and supplements this with interactive queries between the modules. This is followed by in-depth training, webinars and on-site workshops. Certifying specialisation modules ensure comprehensible qualifications. The result is a balanced combination of sound theory and practical application in day-to-day work.
