Alarm system training - Protection One

This course provides employees with the necessary knowledge and skills for the safe and correct use of the alarm system at the company sites. The aim is to avoid false alarms, ensure security and react appropriately in an emergency.

Participants learn how to operate the alarm system properly, how to behave correctly in various alarm situations and how to communicate safely with the emergency call and service control centre.

Target group

The course is aimed at all employees who:

• Have access to secure areas
• Work outside regular operating hours
• are responsible for opening and closing locations

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, participants will be able to

• operate the alarm system safely (arming/disarming)
• Respond correctly to announcements from the control centre
• behave appropriately in various alarm and threat situations
• Avoid false alarms and process them professionally
• understand their responsibility in dealing with safety technology
