The Technology and Training Campus Cuxhaven (TAC) offers trainees and companies in the skilled trades sector in the Cuxhaven region attractive training and further education opportunities with the aim of sustainably consolidating and expanding the pool of skilled labour.
The TAC supports schools and pupils with career guidance - in a practical and future-orientated way. Whether through school internships, project days or career orientation events: we open doors to the world of work, provide insights into technical professions and help to discover talents.
Our goal: Getting young people interested in training at an early stage and showing them the way - together with schools and companies from the region.
The TAC offers a wide range of further training opportunities for anyone who wants to achieve more in their career - whether in their current job, returning to work or looking for new prospects.
On offer: Practical training courses such as welding or control technology.
In addition, there are sought-after qualifications for crane operation, forklift trucks, aerial work platforms or personal protective equipment - compact, recognised and job-relevant.
The TAC supports companies in securing the skilled workers of tomorrow - through practical training, specialised courses and targeted qualifications.
Suitable solutions for operational requirements are developed together.
Suitable candidates can also be quickly placed via the company's own pool of specialists - efficiently, regionally networked and with practical training.

Today we introduce you to the person who manages our back office and at the same time provides important qualifications in practice: Nadine! 👋
Nadine has been with us for a year and ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes for you. She plans and organises our courses and is a central pillar of our team.
Would you like to do an internship with us? Then Nadine is your first point of contact. She will coordinate the placements directly with the schools and make sure you get off to the perfect start with us at the TAC.
But Nadine is not only active in the office. As a qualified trainer for aerial work platforms and an inspector for personal fall protection equipment (PPE), she combines organisational talent with real practical expertise.
When she's not helping to shape the future of the trades, she loves to spend her free time in the garden or on action-packed activities with her family. Thank you for your great commitment, Nadine! 🙌
